PDF-Hub

This area is used to configure the PDF files. Define whether and to whom invoices are sent in PDF form and with what content.

You can also upload jpg files for the headers and footers to customise invoices, quotations and delivery notes to your company's corporate design. You can define the size of the uploaded image using the image width and image height specifications. If you only enter one size here, the second size will be adjusted automatically. After saving, you can display the invoice PDF in a preview (Preview PDF).

The Save & Close button saves the settings and brings you back to the Settings area.

The Panel button returns you to the overview of the Settings area without saving.
