Return status

In this area you can create, edit and manage return reasons.

You can edit existing entries by clicking on the button in the Edit column.

You can create a new entry by clicking on +New. Assign a title in the respective language and save the entry with Save & Close or Save:

To delete an entry, select it via checkbox and click on Delete. You can select and delete several entries at the same time.

You can access further options via the Settings button:

Here you can specify the order statuses for which a return is possible:

Save the settings with Save & Close.
