Beachflag Editor

Some editors have additional setting which have differend functions than other editors do not have. 

Information on the general settings in each editor can be found in the manual under General settings.

Storing masks and a cutting contour

The function for integrating a masks and a cutting contour, which can be transferred to the generated print file, is specific to the Beachflag Editor and can be edited in the "Sizes" tab.
Mask frontend: This mask is displayed in the frontend of the editor.
Mask print pdf: This mask is placed over the print PDF, it does not appear in the frontend.
PDF for cutline: A cutting contour can be uploaded as a PDF here, this will then written insode the print PDF:

You can create a new option using the "Add size" button in the lower area.

An option that has already been created can be edited by clicking on:

in the "Edit" tab.

A thumbnail for the respective option can be stored here. 

Title
The title of the respective option is entered here

Description
A short description can be entered here. You also have the option of using some formatting tools here. (The editor integrated here can be activated or deactivated as required by clicking on "Editor on/off".

Width / Height
The format of the actual design area available to the user is specified here, as are the dimensions of the print file subsequently generated.

Custom size
For format options with fixed values, this selection should be set to No.
If the format specifications are to be transferred from the Smartshop to the editor using free attributes, this value should be set to Yes.

Mask frontend
A mask can be uploaded here, which is placed over the design area in the editor frontend. A PNG file with a transparent layer is suitable for this purpose.

Mask print pdf
The mask stored here is integrated into the generated print file and is not visible in the frontend. This can be used to place technically relevant elements on the print file that the user should not see during design and to leave parts of the print file white that should remain unprinted, for example.

PDF for cutline: A cutting contour can be uploaded as a PDF here, this will then written insode the print PDF:

Click on "Save" to save the data for the  option.

If you calculate prices in the editor, you can set the flag accessories with price here. Creating and managing works as in the previous tabs.
