User groups access

Here you can store separate prices for your own image database and your clipart. You can also activate these prices for certain groups of people, such as resellers and agencies.

1. Mit den Tabs Bilddatenbank und Cliparts wechseln Sie zwischen den jeweiligen Einstellungen der Bilddatenbank oder Cliparts
2. Hier kann die Preisrechnung pro Bild / Clipart zwischen Fixpreis oder prozentualer Aufschlag umgestellt werden.
3. Speichert die Auswahl von 2.
4. In diese Felder können sowohl feste Beträge, als auch Beträge eingetragen werden welche mehrere Stellen hinter dem . haben können.
- Wenn Sie unter 2. fixed price ausgewählt haben, wird dieser Wert zu dem Prtoduktpreis im Editor dazu addiert.
- Wenn sie unter 2. percent price ausgewählt haben, wird der eingetragene Wert als Prozentwert gerechnet, welcher zu dem Produktpreis dazu addiert wird.
5. Mit Save speichern Sie den im jeweiligen Feld eingetragenen Wert.

2. Here you can switch the price calculation per image / clipart between fixed price or percentage surcharge.
3. Saves the selection of 2.
4. Both fixed amounts and amounts which can have several digits after the . can be entered in these fields.
- If you have selected fixed price under 2., this value is added to the product price in the editor.
- If you have selected percent price under 2, the entered value is calculated as a percentage value, which is added to the product price.
5. Klick Save to save the value entered in the respective field.

Click on this button to display a list of the individual images:
(Clicking again, "Hide subitems" closes the listing again and returns to the overview of the categories)

In this overview, you have the option of entering the prices for the individual images according to the same scheme as under 4. and 5:

ATTENTION:
- Values that you enter for the individual images overwrite the value entered in the category.
- If the value for an image is 0, the value stored in the category applies to the respective image.
