Image database

Hier können Sie Ihre eigene Bilddatenbank anlegen in welcher Sie Bilder hochladen und diese Ihren Kunden im Editor zur Verfügung stellen können.

Log into the backend of your shop and go to the menu under: smart|EDITOR > Image database & fonts

In the Image database tab, you will find the settings and can manage your own images and categories:

Sie haben die Möglichkeit ihre Bilddatenbank in Mehrere Kategorien einzuteilen, diese können dann im Editor Frontend unter Bild > Bildarchiv:

You have the option of categorising your image database into several categories, which can then be viewed in the Editor frontend under Image > Image Collection:

and can be selected in the selection field:

You can create a new image database category under Add new category. To do this, enter the title and then click Save:

The newly created category then appears in the list.
By ticking/unchecking the Active column, the respective image category is shown/hidden in the frontend:

The order of the categories can be changed by clicking on the arrows:

Durch Setzen/Entfernen das Hakens in der Spalte Bildtitel anzeigen, werden die Titel der Bilder des jeweiligen Kategorie im Frontend ein/ausgeblendet:

Click in the second column to access the administration area of the individual image categories:

Über +Add photo können Bilder einzeln einer Kategorie hinzugefügt werden:

In the fields you can give the image a title in the respective language:

- Title in the respective language
- Enter keywords (IMPORTANT: keywords must be separated by commas (,)).

Use the "Category" selection field to assign the image to the desired category.

Under Photo, select the image to be uploaded.

Save the entry with Save:

After a successful upload, the image appears in the list.

Zip hochladen

You also have the option of uploading images as zip packages.

Click on Import from ZIP to open a window in which you can upload a zip package using the Select file and Import buttons:

Please note before uploading the zip file:

- The images in the zip package must not be in a folder (a zipped folder cannot be uploaded)
- The keywords already entered in the image files are adopted during the upload and automatically entered into the system

IMPORTANT:
Check in the respective editor under the "Image databases" tab whether the image archive is activated. You can recognise this by the active checkbox next to the image archive:
